French Me is a Gourmet French Fry Food Truck that opened in Dec 2018 in Chandler AZ. 

Zombie Bones Catering Trailer opened in Nov 2020 in Chandler AZ. 

Now both concepts are running out of Zombie Bones moving forward. 

Alicia (Owner/Operator) grew up in New York and was inspired to cook at an early age. Growing up in an Italian family, she learned that flavor is key to any dish.  

French Me was inspired because French Fries are comfort food. Who doesn't love good comfort food? 

Zombie Bones was created to allow customers to choose between varieties menu options  for any of your catering needs. 

All of our dishes are seasoned with the our signature spice line called MyHappyPalate LLC ®
